What can’t I store at Fort Knox Storage Ashmore
For safety reasons, hazardous materials like gas bottles, petrol or any containers containing poisonous or hazardous materials cannot be stored at our facilities. We also will not permit the storage of food or living things (animals, plants etc) or tyres by themselves.
What is the minimum storage period at Ashmore?
Fort Knox Ashmore has no minimum storage period. We understand everyone has different needs and reasons as to why they require a storage unit, which is why we do not enforce a minimum storage period. No matter why you need a storage unit, rest assured Fort Knox Ashmore has the storage solution you need.
Do I need to pay deposits?
At Fort Knox Ashmore we do not require you to pay a deposit on our storage units. We only charge rent for your period of usage; however we do have competitive pricing deals with customers who prepay for their units in 3, 6 or 12 month increments. We will refund any rent for unused days when you decide to leave.
How can I get my things into the storage unit at Ashmore?
At Fort Knox Ashmore we aim to make your move in process as simple as possible. We provide a free move in trailer (we recommend checking its availability with the team prior to your move in), driveway units so you can easily back your car or truck up to the unit to unload and onsite managers to provide personalised care.
How much notice do I have to give when moving out of Ashmore?
At least 7 days’ notice is required by the Fort Knox Ashmore team before you move out. If possible, let staff know as early as possible that you intend to move out, particularly if it is sooner than originally planned. If you have a need to move out urgently, contact your Fort Knox Ashmore site manager to organise this.
Do you sell storage boxes at Ashmore?
