I was right to choose Fortknox Storage. It’s facilities including space and accessibility and price were top notch. Most importantly it’s the person at the desk -Leon - the property manager is awesome! Customer service was exceptional from start to finish. It was my first time to use a storage facility in all my life, yet Leon’s support and patient understanding reassured me that all my stuff will be safe. He speaks very professionally in all his dealings whether on phone or in personal. To you Leon — kudos! You are a great representation to the team and a great asset to the company. I’ve rented storage with Fort Knox 3 times now and each time was so easy and made moving house so easy. Staff are incredible, friendly, always up for a chat and will go out of those way to help. Great access and easy for large trucks also. It’s good there are 2 lifts so you don’t often get help up waiting. They have a great range of different unit sizes which is great. Over all I would highly recommend!!! Thank Leon for all the chats and help every time. Always a pleasure.

Without a doubt deciding to temporarily store things at Fort Knox was the best decision I made during my recent house move. Location was a big plus. But the staff and facility were top notch and I will recommend them to anyone who requires storage space.The facility was never super busy and so there was never a need to wait in line for the lift or a trolley or a place to park inside.

The Coorparoo facility is an outstanding storage facility offering lots of options. Best of all was the excellent customer service from the on-site manager Leon. Always very helpful with any queries from start to finish of my storage requirements. Have used this facility twice for extended periods over the last few years and have never been disappointed with the service.

We had a unit for a couple of years to store furniture and things as the kids moved out, in, then out again. Leon at Fort Knox was really easy to deal with, the processes were professional and efficient, no fuss and simple. Access was always ok. The unit and the block were clean, well maintained and I always felt that my possessions were secure.

Fort Knox Storage Coorparoo were fantastic. They were considerably cheaper than other storage options, I got more space, very clearn, good security and access was easy .I felt confident my goods were safe. The staff were always helpful and really nice. In this day and age when customer service sucks most places, these guys were a pleasure to deal with.

We were extremely happy with the Fort Knox storage facility at Caboolture, The unit was dry and clean. The manager Greg was very helpful on multiple occasions as we were some 7 hours away and he insured our possessions were secured safely with the unpacking from the removalist . Tony Kable

Staff were great. Nothing was too much trouble even though almost all transactions were by telephone and email. They even recommended a good agent to dispose of the unwanted material when we closed down the rental. We could not speak highly enough of Greg and Camilla and their thoughtfulness.

Good service and accessible site. As far as storage sheds go Fort Knox had clean dry sheds, accessible from 5am to 7pm at night 7 days a week. They had plenty of trolleys to move boxes around and access to a caged trailer if needed.

Fort Knox Storage Caboolture has been absolutely amazing. Guy always provides service with a smile. No task too big or too small. Storage Units are spacious & clean. Easy access after hours. With our time at Fort Knox Storage, we found the staff very friendly and helpful. The shed units are very clean and tidy. They are all in a secure behind a key pad gate. Once you put put your own lock on the shed, only you can access it. Easy to sign up and easy to leave, just need to give 7 days or more notice to leave in writing, If we need to used storage unit again we will go back to Fort Knox Storage.

Once again, Ipswich showed the same great customer service and quality facility as their other outlets. These guys are AMAZING! I can't rate them highly enough. The Manager Roy was incredibly friendly, helpful and sorted out what I needed quickly and the rest of the team that I met were all the same.We only needed to store our furniture for a week and there was no issue at all, Roy took it in his stride.I will recommend to anyone and if the need ever rises again that we require storage, we will not go anywhere else!Thanks guys for making this so easy for us, you all rock!🙃🙂🙃

Fort Knox Mansfield is a great place to store your belongings. We were with them for over three years, our furniture and personal effects were safely locked up until we recently emptied our unit. Scott is a very friendly and professional manager who will do everything to ensure your unit is looked after, he was amazing to deal with and any requests we had were fulfilled in a timely and expedient manner. If we ever had the need, we would definitely use Fort Knox Mansfield again.

First of all let me say that Trudy is a superstar at Fort Knox Morningside QLD....when my removalists turned up in the wrong truck from interstate I was face with a dilemma, Trudy immediately arranged short term storage so I could arrange alternative transportation for my goods. Customer service was impeccable and she even gave us an icypole on a hot stressful day.....then my 2nd removalists delayed and couldn't come until Saturday so she organised everything with Jay who works on weekends...he let me use the bathroom and make a coffee as my movers were late again.....these 2 are outstanding examples of what customer service looks like.....thank you so much and will definitely recommend you to everyone.Trudy especially your attention to detail and excellent organisation skills are to be commended!!

The lift, the trolleys, the doors, the security. So easy. I have been renting a storage unit since FEB2020 and selected this company because of Trudy's exceptional customer service and efficiency. Trudy made the process easy and continues to keep me updated on any changes. Trudy is always courteous and I trust that my belongings are well taken care of at this storage facility. I would definately recommend if you are looking for a storage facility with exceptional customer service then contact Trudy. The facilities are excellent, the location is easily accessible with great after hours security. Plus there's a new Macca's and fuel station about 100mtrs up the road so always good to stop for fuel and bite to eat after visiting the storage shed. My unit is on ground level but they have a great lift, trolleys etc. the facilities are well maintained and under security cameras. Thanks Trudy!

I use Fort Knox Storage for around 4-5 months. The customer service was excellent ! Easy transactions when it came to paying my fees. When it come to removing all my stuff from storage they were very helpful, helped my unlock my padlock as I had lost the key. The removals at company I chose left furniture there and did not tell me. This put me four days behind in my payments. They were more then understanding it wasn't my fault and waved the overdue fees once I removed the rest.Highly recommended !!!! 🙂🙂🙂🙂

Richard is the best storage manager you could ask for. The place is well kept and he is readily available in business hours. I even needed to down size at one stage and he was very helpful and patient with me. I had under estimated the area I needed and he came over had a look and reallocated for me straight away as though there were no inconvenience at all.I have used storage previously, that experience was nothing compared to this. I can’t thank Richard enough for making this time such a pleasant experience. I was having such a hard time being without my stuff, as he could probably tell by the multitude of times I popped over, picking up & dropping back off.

Reasonably priced for the 3x3 we were originally quoted to fit enough furniture to furnish a 3 bedroom house. Then recently downsized as we are moving interstate. Selling house and moving is complicated and stressful. I was so pleased to meet Janet at Fort Knox who helped us juggle paperwork and combining lockers with a sense of calm we didnt have in the moment. Of course a change in plans mid move meant fixing contracts, lockers and movers - which all had to be done over the phone. No problem. Peter- What an absolutely lovely man!! After a dear friend of mine had a horrendous week (which is what led to her placing things in storage), we were greeted by Peter at reception. Fantastic customer service and clean facilities. We relocated from Western Australia to the gold coast and John made sure he had a unit for arrival that wasn't too big or too small. Even going out of his way to locate one near the door so we could unload after our 8 day drive interstate.Pricing was perfect and access via keypad access allowed us to come and go as we needed items. There was no hidden fee's and John even explained if we needed to leave early or part way through a month this was no issue as long as we gave him 7 days notice.Location was ideal being super close to the M1 highway and even with the heavy rains there was no issue with water. I didn't need to get a 2nd or 3rd quote and glad I phoned these guys first.

Moving in and out of this clean and well kept facility was a breeze and an added bonus is that it's never too busy and access is easy as it is located just off the M1. After selling my unit in Surfers, I needed somewhere to store my personal items urgently. With living in Sydney NSW I was unable to collect them due to border closures. Doing a google search I can across Fort Knox storage, I rang them and I spoke to a lovely lady called Janet. She helped me with choosing which unit I would need and quoted a price which I was surprised as I thought storage places were expensive, Fort Knox was not. My real estate agent packed my things for me and delivered them to the storage unit. So all I can say is, if you need to store your items big or small give Janet or John a call, they are very helpful and great to talk to. I thoroughly recommend Fort Knox Storage Carrara. I have Just moved out of my 2 units at Fort Knox and I would 100% recommend using them, I have used other storage places in the past but this will be my go to in the feature. Kerry and her team were great to work with and they went out of there way to accommodate me.Kerry made sure I would be able to get a 20 ft container on the ground and unloaded using a forklift, Something no other facility on the Sunshine coast could do!They also have a forklift on site that can fit inside the units to help you load and unload, Super handy in my situation!Thanks a lot for all your help, and I look forward to working with you guys again in the future.

I had a great experience with Fort Knox Nambour.The location is excellent, prices are very reasonable, long opening hours, it was never really busy so I could take my time & not worry about being in anyone's way and most of all I appreciated how clean & secure the facility is. I also liked the music that was always playing, I actually began to look forward to going to my storage unit, haha I never thought that would be the case.Also the manager Emma is super helpful & really good at her job!10/10 would highly recommend!

The facility at Nambour was very secure and easily accessible. We were able to store our entire home contents in the one unit which was fantastic. The staff at Nambour were very helpful and friendly and had an excellent working knowledge of the facility. I would have no hesitation in recommending this business.

I had my belongings etc at Fort Knox for 6 months longer than was expected and I was looked after just as well at the end as I was at the begining. Everything was still as it was when I put it in thereand the was no sign of pests having set up home . I highly recommend Fort Knox to anyone that may have the need for storage.

Gordon was excellent, looked after me personally as an overseas based customer and somewhat of a challenge to communicate with as per heavy travel commitments. Also grabbed my keys when left in the lock.....will be back if any future storage requirements come my way. A big thanks to the whole team. DanSecond review now after 19 months of storage boat and household goods while trapped overseas with the Rona event. Again this crew and this facility has been top shelf through the entire experience. I arranged the move in with Tania while in NZ and it was smooth as silk. There was not a spec of mould, mildew, rat or mouse or bird droppings. All clothing and mattresses were in perfect order. This is definitely not the experience customer are finding in this Mackay weather zone in other facilities. I'm sure I'll be back with another storage need in the future.

I have stored a prestige muscle car (08 Ford GT Falcon) in a drive-in personal lock up garage/shed for the last 4 years at Fort Knox in North Mackay QLD and in that time I've found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating in every manner. The facility itself was very secure, clean and perfectly functional as you would expect, I've just recently sold the car but would highly recommend their facility to anyone. The the security, fencing, auto security gates and lighting and permanent onsite staff left me worry free. Highly recommend.

We had storage at Fort Knox South Mackay for 4 years, it was only meant to be for 3.5 months but things happen sometimes that we cannot control. Our belongings were in safe hands and with direct debit every month we didnt have to worry about it. Always an email to note it is due and then a receipt once paid. Carol is just wonderful, always friendly and such a lovely person to talk to. Carol knew my name as soon as I walked in the door after 4 years and no notification we were coming - A bonus if you ask me. Job well done Carol and thankyou

Fort Knox Storage South Mackay is run by Carol & Ken. We stored our whole household for six months while away, and I was confident that my chatels and furniture were safer in storage than leaving everything on the property.My goods had two storage units completely full so there was alot of stuff. The cost per month was far more expensive ( about $700 month) than any other company but it was Carol & Ken that helped with packing materials, boxes, and advice on how to prepare for the uplift that helped so much. This pre-packing management helped so much.There was a small water leakage while we were away, but the small amount of mould only damaged a travel bag and a chair.Carol is a very compassionate, caring person who helped out when I was in the Australian Outback and had missed payment dates due to no internet coverage.I would use Fort Knox again and I highly recommend this business.

Professional impeccable customer service. No contracts locking you in ,love this way of doing storage. Have used other storage companies where you have a lock in contract and loose money if not needing for length of contract. Ken was friendly ,answered emails promptly. good value very secure.

I’ll give 5 stars because it was handy for me, the staff were lovely and I appreciated the fact that I could store my gear.They won’t lose stars... BUT!There’s not much competition in Mackay and they charge a small fortune, in Brisbane you’re looking at 90-130 but in Mackay it’s 300 (variable on size). Considering the sheds aren’t enclosed also, anyone with anything can store there and you may get insects, rodents and/or even snakes in a way.But as I said, the staff were great and my gear was stored. I just have to clean everything.

I have used this company on three separate occasions over the years and every time I have received great service. The prices are great and they are very accommodating to your needs - allowing later access if required etc. I would highly recommend using these guys if you are in need of a storage shed.
